CURRENT BOARD:
CEDA Bylaws require that there shall be no less than seven (7) and no more than eleven (11) directors, including the Mayor of Canmore plus one Councilor. The primary goal in the criteria for selection of directors is to achieve a Board of Directors made up of individuals who are passionate about community economic development and possess a diverse range of experience, business backgrounds and community awareness. At the same time, continuity should be considered so that the board is a mix of both new and experienced directors.
