In order to simplify your submission to our newsletter, please use the following guidelines:

• PDF Files are fine.
• Should have a "lead in" line to entice further readership
• Helpful to have an article "title" or headline
   
• Text should be in Microsoft Word or a text file, such as Notepad
  • Maximum 3 paragraphs or if necessary, 1 paragraph to lead into a further article or item that we can post on our website.
     
• We can include images and/or pictures in your article. Pictures are GOOD
  • File Format for pictures must be .gif or .jpg
  • Maximum pixel size should be 200 x 200 pixels at 72 DPI
